What is a Spynex kill switch?

Spynex: a CAN-bus immobilizer kill switch that outsmarts modern car thieves.

Spynex is a CAN-bus digital immobilizer kill switch — not a traditional toggle or remote relay. It integrates directly with your vehicle's electronics and blocks unauthorized engine starts at the software level, including attacks through the OBD-II port.

Talk to us about Spynex

Blocks OBD-II key programming while armed

Traditional kill switches only cut a single wire. While armed, your OBD-II port stays live — a thief can plug in and program a new key fob. Spynex actively monitors the CAN-bus network and blocks key programming and cloning commands even while armed. Thieves cannot program or clone a key under any circumstances.

No physical switch to find or bypass

There are no added toggle switches, relay boxes, or spliced wires for a thief to trace or jump. Spynex sends digital engine-lock commands through the vehicle's CAN-bus network — making it physically impossible to bypass with standard wiring tricks.

Disarm with a secret PIN, not a fob

You authorize Spynex using your vehicle's factory steering-wheel or dash buttons with a custom PIN known only to you. No RF signal is broadcast, leaving nothing for a thief to capture or replay. Service Mode lets you hand over the vehicle to a mechanic without revealing your PIN.

Spynex vs. traditional kill switches

Why a Spynex kill switch outperforms every analog alternative.

Traditional and remote kill switches leave your vehicle's OBD-II port live and unprotected — even when armed. Spynex delivers continuous CAN-bus software protection that no wire cut or relay can match.
